ON:

Lieutenant Mann called out, "We've arrived at Babel, sir."

Commander Murphy answered, "Thank you, Lieutenant. Let's get standard sensor sweeps going. I want to make sure there's nothing out of the ordinary."

Steve kept his eyes on the console interrupting the silence in the bridge "Sir, do you really think anyone would be interested in interfearing with the conference in Babel?" he asked "Space activity in the area is high but I guess it's pretty normal given the planetary conference in Babel" he pointed out "although, Science department might give us more insight on the current sensors' readings".

"I always hope no one will stir up trouble," Murphy answered. "And I have no reason to believe anyone will today. But we have to be ready in case someone does."

Captain Adams walked onto the bridge just as he sealed the final clip on his uniform top; it was good to be the Captain. As he walked onto the bridge, and said, "Report."

Murphy stood straighter, "Sir, we've arrived at Babel. Nothing unusual so far, although we are running sensor sweeps just in case."

"Well, Commander, maybe we should visit Babel and see if they need any help? Take a landing party down see what you can figure out."

Murphy nodded, "Yes, sir. Lieutenant Ryan, let's take a field trip." He then headed to the turbolift.

Steve raised his head from the console he was working at. "Yessir" he said with a smile, happy and eager to visit a new planet. He immediately called for another officer to take over his position at the console and followed Murphy into the turbolift.
