After Serving as Psychiatrist/Chaplin on both the USS Imperial and The USS Pennsylvania LtJg Raymond Bailey received orders to join The USS Montana as the Asst. Chief Medical Officer and Psychiatrist because of his medical medicine minor at the academy, but before boarding the ship he spent a week on Saturn at the 4th Ring Resort. Bailey spent some time on the Phaser Range practicing, in case he needed it for away missions. He also enjoyed a relaxing massage as he awaited the orders to meet the ship, then Bailey received his orders and headed to the Utopia Planitia Shipyards at Mars where he hoped to meet the Captain.

He heard only good this about Captain Harrison after boarding the Montana, Bailey noticed the sick bay was missing something but at the time could not put his finger on it .
