Coming out of the shower, Kestra frowned as she ran her fingers through her hair. It had got very long in the time being on the ship. As she twisted it up in high ponytail, the long dark waves reached her back. Kestra had to keep reminding herself that her life had become boring and predictable on the base stations. She had dreamed of adventure. The subtle mysteries other ships had brought to the base stations she had served on had been intriguing. But, far too much time had passed in between the visits to keep her mind active.

Now, it would seem she had more mysteries than she could solved in a reasonable time. They were back in normal space again. It would seem their adventure into the mirror universe hadn't messed up the timeline. Although it had been altered by the Chaltok IV incident. She found it odd that a few messages she had sent back home had gone unanswered.

Even Oadid Brikax had not responded back to her. Completely out of character for her sweet friend or she should say her fiancé. She shook her head as she dressed. That was a problem for another day. Today, she was going down to Janus VI to try to solve yet another mystery. What were these people up to?
