This isn’t official yet but it may soon be and note my previous guidance, per TOS and the established cannon through Star Trek IV, THERE ARE NO ENLISTED MEMBERS IN STARFLEET. So where the Deckplan indicates Officer's Quarters/Mess/Galley whatever, just substitute "Senior Officer's" and where it says "Enlisted [anything]" just delete "Enlisted."
