Graduate Academy as Ensign at 22

Lieutenant Junior Grade in 18 months approx 23.5 yrs old

Lieutenant within 4yrs of service by 26

Lieutenant Commander within 10yrs by age 32

Commander within 16yrs of service by age 38

Captain within 22yrs of service by age 44
