Personal History Geneviève was born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and is the youngest of the four Bourdeaux siblings. Unfortunately, she was also the only one to be born with the unfortunate red gene showing up bright as day the morning she was born. To counteract the bad luck this brought to her incredibly superstitious family, her mother gave her the middle name of 'Clover' so that she'd have a bit of luck- but little did the family know that this precocious little one would live up to the name. She was always a sweet, playful child and grew up to be an incredibly kind, energetic woman. If Geneviève was in the room, there were bound to be laughs from her shockingly witty and humorous nature.

Her childhood and early teens were filled to the proverbial brim of every different culture and alien species one could think of. In a huge city like Baton Rouge, not far from New Orleans, it was impossible not to love and absorb the melting pot of people that ultimately absorbed her young heart. Though of course, with so many people clustered together like sardines, accidents and messes were always bound to happen- which kick-started what she wanted to do in life rather quickly. At age seventeen, the youngest one could volunteer to do so, she got her CPR and first aid license, and eagerly awaited until she was eighteen to begin school for something bigger and better. A rush-course through EMT school at eighteen, and she was licensed and ready to go. It soon was no longer a big deal to see blood splattered on the pavement on a Saturday night or a pile up of drivers all writhing to get cut out of their metal bullets. There was ample scene and opportunity for her to help where she could, and soon enough it became partially second nature to do so.

However, she lost her steam after a few months, taking on a few paltry nurse-esque jobs in the New Orleans docking quarter. Loosely trained and unpaid, more so working with new arrivals to New Orleans off of the docking ships, kids who’d never been vaccinated, Ferengi ear infections, on-call transport in the medical bus to the inner city hospital- really boring stuff. This had to change. She was young and wildly experienced, there had to be more than this.

She would move with a few girl friends to San Francisco a few months later- all of them with the intent to try out for Starfleet Academy. And well, Geneviève was already there, why wouldn't she try out too? Color her surprised when she actually got accepted.
Service Record Upon graduating Starfleet Academy, Geneviève was assigned to the USS Montgomery as a combat medic where she toured multiple ground combats. She held this position for two years before the USS Montgomery was decommissioned.
